Blown Film Process: The first step in plastic bag production is the blown film process. Cutting Process

During the cutting process, the excess film is trimmed and the bags are neatly stacked for further handling.

If using a hot knife, heat the hot knife to the appropriate temperature first, then hold the bag tightly with one hand and slowly slide the blade of the hot knife along the edge of the bag or the position to be cut.
Sealing and Quality Inspection Process: After cutting, the edges of the bags are heat-sealed to form a sealed bag. Finally, the finished bags undergo strict quality inspection to ensure that each bag meets the standards, including size, thickness, printing quality, and sealing strength.
