However, polyethylene has poor resistance to high temperatures and is more suitable for use at temperatures below 90 ℃.

3. Next is the aspect of low temperature resistance. Here, polypropylene bags cannot compare to polyethylene bags. The impact strength of polypropylene at 0 ℃ is only about half of that at 20 ℃, while the brittleness temperature of polyethylene can be as low as minus 50 ℃. Therefore, if we want to use plastic bags in low temperature environments, it is better to choose polyethylene bags.
4. Finally, in terms of anti-aging, both of them are not very good in this respect, but polyethylene bags are relatively stronger. Because polypropylene has a side branch composed of a methyl group, it is easily oxidized and degraded under the action of heat and ultraviolet radiation. However, polyethylene molecules contain a small amount of double bonds and ether bonds, resulting in poor weather resistance.
